This quotation and its acceptance by you are subject to our Terms and Conditions which are enclosed. We would particularly draw your attention to Clause 4 and Clauses 9 to 12 which refer to our liability to you in the event of loss or damage.
The quoted price includes Standard Liability for any loss or damage to your goods while they are in our custody and control. This is conditional upon you declaring the value of your goods, and subject to Clauses 9.1 and 11 of our Terms and Conditions.
We do not accept liability for certain items, as outlined in our Terms.
Liability is limited to £15,000 (Clause 9.1.1).
For coverage over £15,000, an adjusted quote will apply.
If no value is declared, Limited Liability applies (Clauses 9.2 and 11).
Our liability to you is governed by a formal contractual agreement.
